Enchantment of the Seas

Enchantment of the Seas

Enchantment of the Seas is Royal Caribbean’s fifth Vision-class ship, known as the “Ships of Light”. The floor to ceiling glass windows and skylights allow sunlight to flood in providing panoramic views of the land and sea.  You can catch a movie poolside on a giant screen or take your child to the colorful nursery for fun and games. New to Enchantment of the Seas are more eateries such as Park Café and the 1960's themed “R Bar”.

What is unique about this ship?

Enchantment of the Seas is unique among her sisters because of a 2005 refurbishment that lengthened her mid-section by 73 feet, adding new public areas and 151 staterooms.  The update also expanded the pool area by almost 50% and features glass-floored walkways that jut over the sea below and two enormous suspension bridges that border the main pool.

What type of traveler is this ship best for?

This ship is best geared towards families and first time cruisers. The new nursery and expanded Adventure Ocean program provides age-appropriate activities and events for kids and parents together. Days aboard Enchantment of the Seas can be filled with poolside games, spa appointments and dance lessons. After dark, the action is non-stop with entertainment, casinos and dance clubs.
