Viking Sky

The Viking Sky is the third ship for the cruise line. The 930-guest Viking Sky offers the same great features found aboard sister ships Viking Star and Viking Sea, including the infinity pool and LivNordic Spa. The all balcony ship includes free WiFi, shore excursions, and beer and wine.

This small ship will take you to ports that larger ships cannot visit. Stops in port are longer than average, with frequent overnights. There are many excursions to choose from that are included in the price, you may also purchase additional excursion options.

The ship does not have a casino and nightly entertainment is at a minimum. There also are not many sea days on these cruises as visiting ports is its main focus.

What makes this ship unique?
The Viking Sky is a beautiful small ship with a Nordic flare. You won’t find over the top flashy interiors here. You will find many open spaces and floor to ceiling windows in every public room. Staterooms are large and comfortable with heated bathroom floors.

Onboard the chefs serve meals from the different destinations the ship travels to. You can also kind traditional Norwegian dishes too.

Who it’s best for?
The Viking Sky is not for families with children. You must be 18 years or older to travel. The ship is designed for those who like to travel and enjoy a quite elegant atmosphere. It offers a wonderful value for adults who like traveling to many different ports.
